What do I need to start using PipeJump?

All you need to start using PipeJump is a computer and an internet connection. PipeJump is an online application, which means you can use it anytime, anywhere. There is no need for any installation process or special hardware. The setup process is incredibly short. Actually, you can start using PipeJump in less than 5 minutes.

How much does PipeJump cost?

PipeJump charges a flat monthly fee. Starting at $24 p/month, we currently have three different payment plans to taylor your needs and provide you with the best value at the lowest price.

Is there any commitment that I have to make?

There are no commitments and no setup fees. We are confident that you will find PipeJump so useful, that you'll just keep using it. In any case, if there's comes a time when you wish to cancel your account, you can do it easily from the Account Info panel in the application.

How does the 30-days free trial work?

With any of PipeJump's plans, you can use the application for free for 30 days. If you cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up your credit card won't be charged at all. If you wish to cancel your account after those 30 days, you will never be charged again. However, we cannot issue a refund for partial months.

What happens if I need to change my plan?

That's simple. You just click the Account Info button on the application screen, and you'll find there an option to either upgrade or downgrade your plan. Your changes will take effect immediately and starting from your next payment, you will be charged with the new rate. We cannot issue a refund for partial months in which the application was used with a different plan.

Is my data safe?

We invested a lot of money in providing each and every account in PipeJump with top security. All accounts are protected with usernames and passwords and the servers are secured using SSL technology.
