Refund Policy

PipeJump ("The Service") is a monthly subscription service.
FutureSimple Inc. ("The Company") provides you with a 30-day free trial on any new paid account (Super, Team or Solo) of The Service.
If you cancel your paid account within the first 30 days of using it, you will not be charged.
You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel The Service at any time.
Once you cancel a paid account, you won't be charged again but you will be held responsible for all the charges that have been made up until the cancellation date.
In any case of upgrading or downgrading, your credit card will be billed with the new rate starting from your next billing date.
You can cancel your account at any time by clicking the "Account Info" button on the bottom of the application screen and clicking the "Cancel My Account" button.
